Email support@sfxlbuilder.com or use the contact page for help with the app and for privacy requests. Besides the contact form, the only other form on this website is the optional beta form; there is no upload endpoint.

• The app version and your operating-system version.
• A short description of what happened and what you expected.
• The steps needed to reproduce it, if known.
• A redacted screenshot or short diagnostic excerpt only when needed.

Remove passwords, API keys, client names, private file paths, project details, and personal information that is not relevant. Do not attach licensed audio or client material unless you have permission and it is necessary.

The app may keep a local selfcheck.log or other diagnostic information. It is not sent to the developer automatically. Review a log before sharing it; it may include filenames, device information, or paths.

There is no recovery service for local files the developer has never received. Keep a backup before file-management actions.

Use the same contact page, or the address in the Privacy Policy, for access, correction, deletion, or other personal-data requests. See GDPR & Data Rights. A privacy request does not require sending your library or a diagnostic log.

The app is currently in private beta. A Windows version is planned. Download and purchase details will be published on this website.
